Step 1
- Review client objectives and goals.

- Establish listing sheet with client approval.
Step 3
- Input the new listing on the MLS, Multiple Listing Service, LINK, Listing Information Network and Rosenoff to reach the brokerage community.
- Market the new listing to our network of brokers, agents, and buyers.

- List property on www.realtor.com.
- Host a catered Broker Open House luncheon for all brokers.
Step 4
- Advertise in The Boston Globe.
- Hold an open house for prospective buyers.
- Work closely with the seller to set up showing times.
- Contact agents and prospective buyers for feedback.
- Contact seller with progress of the listing.
Step 5
- Upon receiving a formal offer, the client is notified.
- Offer is negotiated and executed.
- Sales process managed from start to close.
- Handle all aspects of closing including smoke inspection, certificate of insurance, and 6D certificate.
- Attend closing.
TIPS FOR PRICING YOUR UNIT
- Spend time getting to know the market. Look in the paper and attend open houses.
- Ask your realtor to provide comparables of units that are active, under agreement, and sold. Review size, bedrooms, bathrooms, condition, and amenities.
- Do not overprice your unit if you want to sell it. The first few days are the most critical—this is when most people will notice your property.
